We have heard your feedback and, in an effort to maintain timely schedules, we are enforcing a strict appointment policy. New patients or those who have not been seen in 3 years or more should arrive at the office 30 minutes ahead of their scheduled appointment time. Existing patients should arrive at the office 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. We ask that you contact the office in advance if you know you will be late for your appointment.
Please present the front and back of your insurance card in hard copy form for each visit. We are unable to accept digital versions or print copies of your insurance card for you. Failure to supply a front and back hard copy of your current insurance card may result in needing to reschedule your appointment.
There is a $50 No Show fee applied to missing a scheduled appointment. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice of appointment cancellation to avoid this fee.
